Grilled Salmon Steaks

Baste the steaks with dipping sauce, then grill for about 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon steaks, about 6 ounces each

  • 2 tablespoons dipping sauce (to prepare, whisk together 1/2 cup olive oil, juice from a whole lemon, and 1/4 cup of hot water. Add garlic, oregano or parsley to suit your taste)

  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil

Directions

Heat grill to hot and rub grids with cooking oil. Baste steaks with sauce. Cook five minutes. Turn once and baste again. Cook five minutes more. Fish should be opaque throughout.
