Roger Brown is a certified fitness professional and owner of Train Like a Pro, a health and fitness facility located in Washington, D.C. Roger has always had a passion for exercise and fitness and put his passion into practice at an early age. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he attended college at Virginia Tech and was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 1990 NFL Draft. Brown went on to play three seasons in the NFL. In 1991, he achieved a career high and won the Super Bowl with the New York Giants. He finished his NFL career with the New England Patriots in 1992.

Roger currently lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with his wife and three young children.
