Nikki is a former AOL staffer turned freelance writer/stay-at-home mom. She also owns her own dessert business, Noms by Nikki. Since the birth of her daughter in November 2010, she has become well-versed in the topics of pregnancy health, homemade baby food and childhood nutrition.
A lifelong athlete, Nikki knows the importance of a healthy, balanced life. Between taking care of her daughter, baking and writing, she somehow finds time to hit the gym for "me time" and plays soccer every Sunday. Nikki enjoys walks with her little family and staying up late reading wedding blogs.
